CHURCHILL WAY

This scheme consists of eight high quality light industrial units in Chapeltown, Sheffield.

The main design feature to each of the blocks is a brise soleil to the front elevations providing shading to the office spaces internally. The front elevation of the principal block that faces onto Churchill way incorporates stack bonded blue brick and a curtain wall behind the louvered colonnade.

The constructed buildings are highly sustainable with onsite generation from Photovoltaic solar panels, high levels of insulation and low air leakage throughout.

The scheme was completed in 2018 and the units are now occupied by a range of businesses.
