GLOBE WORKS ENGINE HOUSE

This scheme consists of the partial demolition and renovation of an existing Grade II* listed building, to accommodate 8 new office units in the trendy Kelham Island area of Sheffield.

Where possible in the design the existing building has been retained and any new materials that have been introduced have been selected in order to minimise the impact on the historical Globe works complex.

The project received planning permission in late 2019 and construction work on the project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2023.
