This new build business park consists of 15 light industrial units, on 3.2 acres of brownfield land, located in the Kelham Island conservation area of Sheffield.
The constructed buildings are highly sustainable with high levels of insulation and low air leakage throughout, the scheme received a BREEAM Very Good rating.
The scheme was completed in 2006 and the units are now occupied by a range of businesses, since then Tatlow Stancer have been involved in several smaller design projects and extensions on the business Park.
